Terms & Conditions

By shopping with GH Furniture, customers agree following terms and conditions:

1. GH Furniture covers Limited Manufacture and Repair Warranty for all products except Floor Models and Clear-out products which were sold on As Is status. Warranty will be applied for home furniture not for commercial uses. For leather products, G.H. Furniture provides Limited Repair Warranty for one year. Leather is a natural product, and, as such, each hide will reflect its own individuality. Some variations of shade and tone are to be expected as are the nicks, scratches, and wrinkles that only occur in genuine leather; these characteristics are in no way to be considered a defect. 

2. GH Furniture will be responsible for only manufacture defeats and possible shipping damages. GH Furniture holds the right to determine whether or not it is manufacture defeats. All damages must be reported to GH Furniture within 72 hours after delivery or picking up. All customized item sales are final, no refund and return. For regular merchandise return or exchange, GH Furniture will charge 30% re-stocking fee and any other shipping cost. All return or exchange must be in original package and in re-sellable condition.

3. It is customer's sole responsibility to measure the furniture and make sure that it will fit his/ her intended space.

4. All customized order is final. Sofa customization will take normally 6 to 8 weeks but this time frame is an estimate. G.H. Furniture will not be responsible for any delay due to Custom Hold, Weather Problem, Peak Season and other Unmanageable factors.
5.  Unless agreed by GH Furniture's management, Customers will be responsible for removing and disposing the furniture package.

6.  It is customer's responsibility to meet delivery personnel at the time arranged between shipping company and customer. Customers will get charged extra if failed to show up when delivering or failed to provide accurate information regarding shipping.

7.  All custom orders are final. No Return and No exchange. All regular stock items must be unused and in original package. Customer will be responsible for both inbound and outbound shipping cost plus 30% restock fees. ( Customers can use our shipping partner or other shipping companies to do the shipping but shipping arrangement must be arranged and paid by customers and we have the right to check and reject the return furniture if it is used or damaged or not in original packages. )  Once the order is placed and processed, all sales are final.
8. The goods shall become the property of the Purchaser at the time it arrives at customer's front door. Failure of delivery due to difficult access, wrong info provided, fail to receive goods at arranged time should be the responsibility of the customer.

9.  Colors shown on the website may not be the same as the actual product due to: 
1) Different computer monitors display color differently. 
2) Colors of actual products may vary slightly from one batch to another.
3) Some of furniture color shows differently under sunshine or inside of room such as espresso color.
G.H. Furniture will try it best but offers no guarantee the colors showing on the website will match 100% to the actual product.

10.  For the first time delivery, GH Furniture may cover majority of shipping cost and arrange the shipping for customers but all shipping cost of return or exchange or other customer service related issues will be arranged and paid by customers.
